She was honest with her input and not pushy at all. When it came down to negotiating the price of the home Jen was persistent and did everything she could to get the best price possible, needless to say I was impressed! Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend of ours, so the first time we met was at a house we wanted to look at. Jennifer is very friendly, professional and is very easy to talk to. I don't really remember how many houses she showed us, but there would be something that I didn't like or that my wife didn't like so we would keep looking. Jennifer didn't give up on us or get frustrated with us (or just didn't show it) and after all the house we looked at we ended up going back to the second house and purchasing it. We worked with Jennifer Franco in 2020 to sell our home, and couldn’t have been in better hands. We were out of town throughout the entire process, and she managed everything for us. From the start Jennifer was there to help with repairs to get the property ready for sale. She prepped, took photos and got the property ready for showing in no time.
